Haley Johnson, D.V.M.

Veterinarian

Dr. Johnson knew she wanted to be a veterinarian from the time she was a little girl. As she grew up in the small town of Rome, Georgia, her desire to become a veterinarian also continued to grow. She completed her undergraduate degree at Berry College in Rome in 2008. She then went on to complete her degree in veterinary medicine at the University of Tennessee in 2012. From 2012-2013, Dr. Johnson did a rotating internship at Coral Springs Animal Hospital. She then remained there as an emergency veterinarian until 2015, when she decided to move north and pursue family practice.

Dr. Johnson's professional interests include preventive care, internal medicine and integrative medicine. You may see Dr. Johnson and her husband, Dr. Torrado, out surfing at the jetty in Fort Pierce or on their sailboat. They also enjoy traveling as often as they can. They have two dogs, Reef and Captain, one cat named Oliver. They welcomed the newest family member in March 2020, a daughter named Ophelia.
